These terms apply to the use of this website and to enquiries and bookings made with TamTrips. Specific terms for each booking are set out in your written quote and confirmation, which take precedence where they differ.

Website information

Itineraries, destination guides and articles on this website are for general information and inspiration. Suggested itineraries are not fixed products; details, inclusions and sequence are confirmed only in your personalised quote. We take care to keep information accurate, but seasonal details, attraction timings and entry requirements can change without notice.

Quotes & pricing

Prices are provided on request through a personalised quote. Quotes are based on availability and rates at the time of quoting and are subject to change until bookings are confirmed. Airfares, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates and government fees may vary.

Booking confirmation & payment

A booking is confirmed only after you accept the quote and we receive the payment specified in it. Payment schedules, advance amounts and balance due dates are stated in your quote.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and amendment charges depend on the airlines, hotels, cruise lines and other suppliers involved in your trip, and on how close to departure the change is made. The applicable terms are shared with your quote and confirmation. Some fares and rates are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, are processed after the relevant suppliers release funds.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport (generally with at least six months’ validity), visas, and any health or entry documents required for your trip. TamTrips provides visa assistance, but visa decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed. Fees paid to authorities are usually non-refundable.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, delays and baggage. Some visas require it.

Supplier services

Flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and attractions are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms. TamTrips acts as your travel agent in arranging these services and is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays or changes by suppliers, or for events beyond reasonable control such as weather, strikes, natural events or government actions.

Your conduct

Travellers are expected to respect local laws, customs and supplier rules at each destination.

Website use

Content on this website, including text and design, may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Photographs are used under their respective licences.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
